Becca
Registered Nurse
Becca is a Registered Nurse who graduated from Mira Costa College with honors. She joined Moradi MD in September of 2018, shortly after completing nursing school. Becca attended Grand Canyon University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in February of 2020. Prior to nursing school, Becca spent her time volunteering at the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton on the Post-Partum Maternity Infants Unit floor for 2.5 years. Becca is committed to providing exceptional and high-quality care to her patients and is honored to be a part of the Moradi MD family. When she is not at work, you can find Becca snuggling up and going on walks with her fur babies, Luke & Lexi, and begging her teenage son to spend time with her.

Tatyana Tayts
Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
Tatyana Tayts is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of clinical experience in medical aesthetics, hospital care, and nursing leadership. She holds both her BSN and MSN from The Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing in New York City, a top-ranked program known for its academic and clinical excellence.
Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Tatyana joined Moradi MD in 2020 after relocating to San Diego and has continued to expand her aesthetic expertise under the mentorship of Dr. Amir Moradi. She is highly trained in cosmetic injectables, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators—as well as advanced laser technologies for skin rejuvenation and tightening.
Known for her warm, compassionate care and dedication to patient relationships, Tatyana stays current through ongoing education and advanced training. Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and three dogs.
Tiana Blackshear
Licensed Medical Aesthetician & Body Contouring Specialist
Tiana Blackshear is known for her gentle, healing touch and the tranquil experience she creates in every treatment. Since joining the Moradi MD team in 2022, she has brought a thoughtful, results-driven approach to skincare, transforming each facial into an immersive, restorative escape that leaves patients feeling renewed from the inside out.
Tiana has a deep understanding of diverse skin types, with advanced training in treating deeper Fitzpatrick tones. She is also highly skilled in advanced chemical peel techniques, customizing each treatment for optimal skin renewal. Her commitment to continued education includes studying global skincare innovations to ensure every patient receives the highest level of care.
She is a certified graduate of CoolSculpting University and provides expert body contouring services, including CoolTone, Vanquish, and Exilis, all delivered with precision, compassion, and care.
Gabby Fazan Bunce
Licensed Medical Aesthetician & Body Contouring Specialist
Gabby is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Body Contouring Specialist at Moradi MD, where she’s been delivering expert care since February 2022. A native of Brazil, she’s been immersed in skincare and beauty her entire life. Her engaging personality and attention to detail allow her to tailor every treatment to her patients’ unique concerns.
With extensive experience and a results-driven approach, Gabby believes that investing in your skin provides a lifetime of benefits. She stays current on the latest aesthetic procedures to ensure each patient receives the highest level of care. Specializing in body contouring, Gabby has earned her patients’ trust by consistently delivering visible, high-quality results.
“Nothing makes me happier than showing patients good before and after pictures of a body transformation,” she says.
Outside the treatment room, you’ll find Gabby at the beach, working out, exploring wineries, or traveling the world with her husband.
Jeanette Poehler
Director of Clinical Research
Jeanette Poehler has over 20 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, specializing in clinical research, business development, and strategic growth. She is President and co-founder of Pacific Clinical Innovations, a research site focused on operational excellence and patient-centered trials. Jeanette also serves as Director of Strategy at Moradi MD, overseeing financial operations and long-term planning. She holds certifications in Clinical Research Coordination and Project Management from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. Jeanette is an international speaker, having presented at IMCAS, the Global Aesthetics Conference, and SCRS. She is passionate about mentoring and industry education. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
Joceline De Leon
Associate Director of Clinical Research
Joceline De Leon is currently the Associate Director of Clinical Research at Moradi MD. She joined our team in the summer of 2015 as the front office coordinator. With her eagerness to grow, she began assisting the Research Department and realized she had found her purpose in patient care as Clinical Research Coordinator. Since joining Moradi MD’s Research Department, she has earned a degree in Sociology. She takes pride in project planning and ensuring that study protocols and regulatory requirements are followed. Joceline is very passionate and strives to support every member of the research team. She takes great joy in making memories with her husband and son during her time off as she holds family very dear to her.
Dominique Gagnon
Clinical Research Coordinator
Dominique Gagnon started at Moradi MD as a front desk coordinator. She has her BA in communications. Dominique’s eagerness to learn aesthetics promoted her to the research department as a clinical research coordinator. Dominique is a mother of two and is fueled by her children. Outside of work, Dominique loves the outdoors and is an avid extreme sports junkie. From heliboarding to jumping off cliffs, you will find her adventuring outside on the weekends and teaching hot yoga. As a previous restaurant owner, Dominique fulfilled her passion for cooking. She now cooks for fun and is building her TikTok cooking channel, “Let’s Go!”
